Mark Leonard Mason, Donor
Mark Mason marched to his own drum...
Mark Mason marched to his own drum. He taught himself to play five instruments and performed in several local bands on both drums and guitar. He was a computer expert and an animal rescue advocate. He was always compassionate and loyal, keeping a vegan lifestyle.
Mark left us too soon in a fatal car accident. He donated a kidney, bringing a family story full circle. His uncle Raymond was on dialysis and on the transplant list waiting for a kidney years ago. Raymond received a kidney from a generous donor. After the transplant, Raymond, who disliked peanut butter intensely, found he couldn’t get enough of it. He later learned that his donor’s favorite snack was peanut butter! Will the person who received Mark’s kidney show a desire for any of his favorites?
