Mark Mason marched to his own drum. He taught himself to play five instruments and performed in several local bands on both drums and guitar. He was a computer expert and an animal rescue advocate. He was always compassionate and loyal, keeping a vegan lifestyle.

Mark left us too soon in a fatal car accident. He donated a kidney, bringing a family story full circle. His uncle Raymond was on dialysis and on the transplant list waiting for a kidney years ago. Raymond received a kidney from a generous donor. After the transplant, Raymond, who disliked peanut butter intensely, found he couldn’t get enough of it.
