Our daughter, Ashleigh Nickole Sargent, passed in April 2019, at the age of 28 in Phoenix, Arizona. Our daughter, Ashleigh, had it all: smart, beautiful, warm and caring, but her compassion for others will continue on because of her donations. Ashleigh was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother, aunt and friend. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. She could spend hours staring at the stars dreaming, and if you were lucky enough to be present when she gazed into her children’s faces, the pure joy radiating from her would blind you. We will miss her infectious laugh and the sparkle in her big green eyes. A truly beautiful soul inside and out. Ashleigh knew she wanted to be a donor from the day she got her driver’s license. And because of her generous decision to donate, she has already helped two women restore their eyesight. We hope that her donations will be the most precious gifts to others.
