Clayton Trovillion, Donante
We mourn our loss but celebrate his life...
I’m the mother of Clayton Trovillion. He is a twin and one of my four children. In August 2019, he was involved in a crash on his motorcycle. He fought the battle of his life for a week, but it was not a battle to be won. He flew away to be free, to be with our Lord in August 2019. Always such an amazing person, free spirited and kind hearted. So many beautiful memories and stories we hold dearly. He served his country in the U.S. Army, had trained for EMT and firefighting and graduated from ASU with his master’s degree in May 2019. He had been studying for his LSAT exam and planned to test for the law program in March 2020. Clayton donated blood over the years, in competition with his sister for who could give the most. He loves life, his family and friends. He’s a hard worker with great work ethics. He saved enough to buy a car before he turned 16. He joined the military before he was 18. Always staying a step ahead of the game. Made great accomplishments in his 25 years. Has such big plans for the future that would never come, but he was on his way, reaching for the stars, going for the gold. So incredibly blessed, honored, privileged and proud to be his mom. Has been most difficult time without him, but he’s forever in the hearts and minds of all those that love him. The emptiness in our broken hearts can be filled with his joy, love, memories and dreams. We mourn our loss but celebrate his life. In his honor and in hopes of helping others, the Donor Network was involved at the family’s request. He continues to give, and his gift to others will make a difference for other people and their families and friends. Our hope and prayer is that they have health and healing, and that our tremendous loss will benefit others in need. In his words “I’ve done what I could to bring good into this world. I take care of myself so I may take care of others…I molded into myself so I may mold others.” He will be forever dearly missed. He’s home now with our Lord.
