Donation is a gift to the living...

Our brother Emmitt left this earth tragically at the young age of 13 in December 1986. Our mother was only able to donate his eyes and we received a letter right before Christmas that year telling us two boys were given sight. It was at this time that I made my decision to donate! I was 15 at the time and still feel the same way today at age 50.

To me, this is a gift to the living as once we pass we no longer need the physical body as our soul has moved on to the next realm.
